Refund & Return Policy

Natural Gear offers refunds on any products purchased directly from us that is either unsatisfactory or requires an exchange.  Requirements for refund:

1.       Contact our office for an RA# 800-590-5590
2.       Proof of purchase directly from natural gear.com within 90 days
Product bought from one of our dealers should be returned through that dealer.
Refunds will not include shipping for products that were correctly shipped.
Product requiring exchange:
1.       If the incorrect product was shipped, Natural Gear will send a call tag for incorrect product and replace at no charge
2.       If the product is being exchanged but the correct product was originally sent, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping.

Natural Gear accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and all major credit cards.
